Standard Booth - Not-for-Profit (Limited Availability) $4,600 Each NOT-FOR-PROFIT 10' x 10' booth package includes what's in the photo here. There is limited availability for this booth package.

Standard Booth

Each STANDARD 10' x 10' booth package includes limited customization options (chairs and accessories). Additional fees for customizations will apply and be billed to your organization directly from GES.

Premium Booth

Upgrade to a PREMIUM 10' x 10' booth package for premium customization options (chairs and accessories). Additional fees for customizations will apply and be billed to your organization directly from GES.

10' x 20' Booth Options

Each 10' x 20' Exhibit Hall footprint includes: 2 exhibitor-only registration Exhibitor company name listed on the CCC website and in the CCC app Access to Exhibit Hall receptions, lunches and health breaks  24-hour professional security Initial one time only booth cleaning after setup Metrics package 2 electrical outlets

Each STANDARD 10' x 20' booth package includes limited customization options (chairs and accessories). Additional fees for customizations will apply and be billed to your organization directly from GES.

Premium Booth
$22,500

Upgrade to a PREMIUM 10' x 20' booth package for premium customization options (including chairs, accessories, carpet colour, plants, tables, lighting, etc.). Additional fees for customizations will apply and be billed to your organization directly from GES.

Custom Booth
$10,250

Upgrade to a CUSTOM 10' x 20' booth package. The custom booth will be built a-la-carte* with the CCC 2024 Exhibit Hall vendor, GES.

N.B. This price is for the Exhibit Hall “footprint” only. Additional fees for the customized booth package will apply, and be billed to your organization directly from GES.

Order must be placed by: August 31, 2024

*Minimum requirements: carpet, branded, 8' height. 

Bring Your Own (BYO)
$12,750

If you wish to bring your own booth, upgrade to a 10' x 20' BYO booth package and ship, install and tear down your own booth this year.*

All BYO booths must be reviewed and approved in advance**. Floorplans and booth specs must be submitted for review to ccc-exhibits@ccs.ca no later than August 15, 2024. 

N.B. This price is for the Exhibit Hall “footprint”. A carbon offset of $10/sq. ft. is included in the purchase of BYO floor space – 100% of these proceeds will be put towards carbon offsets such as planting trees.

*Cost of booth, shipping, installation and dismantle, etc, will be the responsibility of the exhibitor, and will be coordinated and billed through the CCC 2024 Exhibit Hall vendor, GES.

**Minimum requirements: carpet, branded, 10' height.

20' x 20' Booth Options

Each 20' x 20' Exhibit Hall footprint includes:  4 exhibit-only registrations Exhibitor company listing on the CCC website and in the CCC app Access to Exhibit Hall receptions, lunches and health breaks 24-hour professional security Initial one time only booth cleaning after setup Metrics package 4 electrical outlets

Each STANDARD 20' x 20' booth package includes limited customization options (chairs and accessories). Additional fees for customizations will apply and be billed to your organization directly from GES.
