I. 68 yr. male with DCM, EF 40%, CKD and uses walker II. 73 yr. female with COPD, T2D, creatinine 170, EF 70%, normal coronaries and flail posterior myxomatous MV III. 80 yr. old professor, FC 3 dyspnea with COAPT ineligible severe MR- MitraClip feasible or futile? • Current status of percutaneous MV valve implant • Post MitraClip severe symptomatic mitral regurgitation-any options?
