Fahimeh Varzideh

Fahimeh completed her PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology at the Royan Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Technology in Iran. She joined the Cardiovascular Research Institute at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, as a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Gaetano Santulli's lab in 2021, working on cardiovascular and metabolic disorders. She received two 2-year Postdoctoral Fellowships from the American Heart Association (AHA), in 2022 and 2024. She has published several papers in high-impact journals.
