Dr Shweta Todkar is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec-Université Laval (IUCPQ-UL), specializing in cardiovascular research with a focus on heart failure and pharmacovigilance. With expertise in managing and analyzing heart failure databases, Dr.Todkar is dedicated to advancing research in cardiovascular health and patient safety. Her current project involves analyzing a heart failure (HF) database, providing insights into patient demographics, clinical outcomes, and treatment strategies. This research also addresses the critical importance of using registry data to drive evidence-based insights aimed at improving patient outcomes in HF care.
With a PhD in biomedical sciences, Dr Todkar has made significant contributions to hypertension management through innovative questionnaire development and rigorous data analysis. Their research, recognized through numerous publications and presentations, addresses BP measurement practices of health care professionals. Dr. Todkar brings a wealth of expertise in data analysis, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis, clinical research to their work.
