Resident Physician, Canada
My name is Triston Eastman and I am a second year Internal Medicine Resident at the University of Manitoba. I completed a two year research degree during the first two summers of medical school under the supervision of Dr. Ashish Shah. Previously, I have done research in evolutionary biology under the supervision of Dr. Kevin Campbell and have two publications in this field. My current research interests focus on the hemodynamic profile of ACS patients and on the characterization of cardiogenic shock in STEMI. I plan on pursuing a career in interventional cardiology.
