Dr. Lusine Abrahamyan is a Scientist at the Toronto General Hospital Research Institute (University Health Network) and an Associate Professor in the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto. Dr. Abrahamyan has research expertise and interest in comparative effectiveness research and health technology assessment using clinical trials, observational studies, systematic reviews, surveys, and economic evaluation studies. She is the Co-Lead of the Canadian Research Network for Adult Congenital Heart Disease interventions (CRN-ACHDi). Her research group at the Toronto General Hospital (University Health Network) conducts studies to answer high priority research questions in ACHDi, embracing innovative methods and new technological solutions and providing excellent research and training opportunities for students and fellows. She is also interested and has experience in health services research in heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases, obstructive sleep apnea, COPD and rare diseases.
