Margot Davis is a cardiologist at Vancouver General Hospital and St. Paul’s Hospital, a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia, and Director of the UBC Cardiology-Oncology Program. She completed fellowships in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology and Cardio-Oncology & Cardiac Amyloidosis at Stanford University School of Medicine. She obtained her Master of Science degree in clinical epidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Davis is Co-Chair of the CCS/CHFS Position Statement on Cardiac Amyloidosis, a Primary Panel member of the CCS Cardio-Oncology Guidelines, and a Secondary Panel member of the CCS Heart Failure Guidelines. She is Western Regional Director on the CCS Board of Directors, Secretary/Treasurer of the Canadian Heart Failure Society Board of Directors, and a member of the Canadian Cardiac Oncology Network Board of Directors. Her research interests are focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of heart disease related to cancer therapy, cardiac amyloidosis, and advanced heart failure.
