Christopher Cheung is a Cardiac Electrophysiologist at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. He is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, Associate Scientist at the Sunnybrook Research Institute, and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of California San Francisco. He completed his medical training at the University of British Columbia, advanced cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the Universty of California San Francisco, and Master of Public Health in epidemiology at Harvard University.
Chris' clinical expertise include complex arrhythmia management (AF & VT) and device management (SICD, LBBAP). Chris' research interests include atrial fibrillation, cardiac devices and digital health. He has active research projects in wearable devices in arrhythmia monitoring, catheter ablation of AF, LBBAP device implantation, and artificial intelligence/machine learning in ECGs.
