Pediatric cardiologist and electrophysiologist

Dr. Escudero is a pediatric cardiologist and electrophysiologist at the Stollery Children's Hospital, and is an assistant professor at the University of Alberta. She received her Bachelor of Science from Queen's University and her MD from McMaster University. She completed her pediatrics residency at Memorial University, pediatric cardiology training at the University of British Columbia, and her clinical electrophysiology training at the Stollery Children's Hospital, the Hospital for Sick Children, and Boston Children's Hospital. She obtained her Masters in Clinical Epidemiology during her clinical training. Her research interests include the management of heart rhythm disorders in children and patients with congenital heart disease, as well as the use of pacemakers and defibrillators in this patient population.
