Dr. Nasim Shadafny completed his medical education at the Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2011. He completed his residency in internal medicine and cardiology at the Hebrew University and Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem from 2013 to 2021. In 2023, Dr. Shadafny joined the University of Toronto and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as a clinical fellow in the Cardiac Multi-Imaging Program, where he practices Echocardiography, cardiac Computed Tomography (CT), and cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR). He is currently leading several research projects focused on advanced cardiac imaging modalities, particularly in the novel assessment of atrial and ventricular arrhythmias. Dr. Shadafny also has a strong interest in preventive medicine and is actively involved in academic activities at the Hebrew University.
