Dr. Albertini graduated from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia Medical School, Italy, and completed her cardiology residency at the University of Parma, Italy. Dr. Albertini initially followed her passion for cardiac arrhythmias and conduction disturbances by completing a Master of Science in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing at the University of Insubria, Milan, Italy. Additionally, she obtained a Master’s degree in Biostatistics and Clinical Research from the Department of Cardio-Thoracic-Vascular sciences, University of Padova, Italy.
She moved to Toronto to pursue her interest in arrhythmias advanced management. In the Division of Cardiology, Toronto General Hospital, Dr. Albertini completed a clinical fellowship in Adult Cardiac Electrophysiology and a clinical and research fellowship in Inherited Arrhythmias and Cardiomyopathies. She is currently a Cardiology Staff at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto and she is part of the University of Toronto Pregnancy and Heart Disease Program with specific focus of management of arrhythmias in pregnancy.
