Dan Esau completed his medical school and residency in Internal Medicine through the University of British Columbia, followed by fellowship in Cardiovascular Risk Prevention through the University of Toronto. He is certified through the American Board of Clinical Lipidology and the American Hypertension Specialist Certification Program. He currently works at the Vascular Risk and Prevention clinic in Victoria, BC. Research interests include cardiac biomarkers, risk stratification, and cholesterol management.
