Dr. Fernando Rivera-Theurel is a Cardiologist and Clinician Investigator with specific training in Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation and Cardio-Oncology at the University of Toronto. He leads the Cardio-Oncology Rehabilitation Program at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre and Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. He is the Co-Chair of the Exercise and Rehabilitation IC-OS working group and the Education Co-Lead of the Canadian Cardio-Oncology Network (CCON). His research is focused on cardio-oncology rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation in cardiac amyloidosis and the use of technology in cardiac rehabilitation.
